How We Can Recolor The Isollat Materials?
The standard color of the isollat material is white. Coloring can be done by mixing acrylic-based paint with concentrated pigment. We can achieve the color by using acrylic-based intense paint concentrate, which is available in 20ml small packages in the market. During the liquid insulation application, uncolored isollat is applied to the layers via airless spray. The last layer is applied with colored isollat.
Does The Isollat Material Have Any Definition And Item Number In The Ministry Of Environment And Urbanization?
ISOLLAT is defined as siding which includes acrylic binder and microspheres with the item no 10.300.1361 in the unit price list of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
How Can We Solve Quickly And Easily The Problem Of Fluid Leakage In Hot And Cold-Water Pipes, Steam Boilers And Related Lines After Isolation?
It is very difficult to detect fluid leaks that occur in insulations made with classical insulation (isoglass and other) materials. Since the fluid leaks between the galvanized coating and the pipe from different points in the joints of the galvanized coating, it is very difficult to detect it.
Many galvanized coatings and insulation materials are removed until the problem is detected, and professional support is required to restore them after the repair. Moreover, leakage water causes corrosion in the installation pipe and galvanized coating. That causes to shorten the life of the installation. Apart from this, the insulation material absorbs leakage water and loses its insulation property and increases the high heat transmission coefficient by 4-5. Even if this classical isolation material is dried, some physical deterioration (absorption, dispersion and other) occurs, and then heat bridges begin to form in the pipe.
When ISOLLAT EFEKTIF material is used there is no problem like that. It does not require galvanized coating in insulated installations. When the polymer material is in direct contact with the pores on the surface of the pipe, it prevents the pipe's contact with water, steam and air and also it provides corrosion insulation. It is an elastic material in the rate of 200 %. In case of liquid leakage in the installation, the liquid cannot flow between the pipe and the insulation material.
The liquid comes out by swelling in an area which is nearly 1-2 cm or by penetrating that area. The repair process is extremely simple. The leaking area is cut with a utility knife, opened and then cleaned.
After the mechanical repair (welding and other), the area which is damaged is completed by applying the ISOLLAT material with a brush without any support or help.
What Is Thixotropic?
It describes the substances that are like a gel when it is inert, and the substances that are viscous/non-flowing liquid when mixed. It is a fluid that can be easily applied on vertical surfaces without flowing.
What Is Dew-Point Temperature?
It is the temperature at which the water vapor condenses in the air.
What Is Energy Efficiency?
Energy efficiency is defined as minimizing the amount of consumed energy without reducing the amount and quality of production, without preventing economic development and social welfare. In brief, we call energy efficiency as "the cost of providing the same benefit with less energy".
Why Energy Efficiency?
There are six main greenhouse gases that cause climate change. The most important of these is CO2 gas and its total amount within the greenhouse gas is around 80%. Other greenhouse gases can be listed as Methane (CH4), Nitrous Oxide (N2O), Hydrofluorocarbon (HFC), Perfluorocarbon (PFC) and SulfurHexaFluoride (SF6). Considering the studies, it has been found that the average temperature of the earth's surface has increased by 0.6 0C (1.2 0C in Europe) in the last century. According to the data of the World Meteorological Organization, the hottest year was 1998 and the second year was 2002 (WMO, 2002). It is estimated that the average temperature of the earth's surface will increase by 1.4 - 5.8 CO from 1990 to 2100. Country GDP (billion $) Consumption (million TOE) Energy intensity Consumption per capita (TOE/population) is explained as Turkey 190.3 72.5 0.35 1.06 Japan 5,648 520.7 0.09 4.09 USA 8,977.9 2,281.5 0.25 7.98 Greece 144.8 28.7 0.20 2.62 OECD 27.880.9 8.970 0.19 4.68 World 34.399.8 10.029 0.29 1.64 SECTORAL DISTRIBUTION OF FINAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION (2007) is listed as INDUSTRY 39% HOUSING AND SERVICES 30% TRANSPORTATION 21% AGRICULTURE 5% NON-ENERGY 5%.
Are There Any Incentives So As To Increase The Energy Efficiency?
Considering any industrial enterprise, 20% of the energy expense of the year of the agreement is covered in accordance with the voluntary agreement between real or legal persons and the General Directorate providing that they fulfill their commitment by undertaking to reduce the energy intensity by at least ten percent on average within three years for any industrial enterprise, and provided that it does not exceed 100 thousand Turkish Liras.
The twenty percent of the whole price of application projects submitted to the General Directorate by industrial enterprises, approved by the General Directorate, with a maximum payback period of 5 (five) years and a maximum value of 500,000 TL (five hundred thousand Turkish Liras) are supported.
