ISOLLAT - 04-High Temperature Liquid Heat Insulation Coating

ISOLLAT-04– is a new generation nano technology liquid heat insulation material in thixotropic structure which is consisted of a mixture of microscopically expanded air-filled full silicate microceramic spheres, polymer resins, stabilizers, pigments, modifiers and a binding liquid polymeric structure.
It is a product which is developed for the insulation of high-grade industrial equipment. It is the only product in the insulation industry that can operate at high temperatures.
It is not used alone, it is used in the interlayer or in the application of isollat effective.
Operating Temperature Range: -60ºС / +700ºС (Peak+800ºС )

CONSUMPTION AND RECOMMENDATION
- COLOR : Gray. It can be colored with pigment. Moreover, water-based or synthetic-based paint can be applied on it.
- CONSUMPTION: In theory, 1 Liter /m² (min. 1 mm thickness); in practice; 1,3 Liter /m². The amount of consumption may vary in accordance with the insulation surface temperature, application surface conditions, weather conditions and requests in the project. - PACKAGING: In 10/ 19 L PP buckets.
- SHELF LIFE : It can be used 24 months from the date of production if stored in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
- STORAGE CONDITIONS: Please store in a dry and cool environment at temperatures above 0ºC.
