​ISOLLAT EFFECTIVE --High Temperature Liquid Heat Insulation ApplicationIt is an application method which has been developed for the insulation of equipment (pipe, valve, furnace and other) operating at high temperatures in industrial facilities. It is a heat insulation coating which consists of needled glass fiber and glass mesh by ISOLLAT-02 and ISOLLAT-04.
In Isollat liquid heat insulation applications which are between -60ºС / +120ºС, heat insulation is provided by using only ISOLLAT-02.  If the sectoral budget of the enterprise is suitable for insulation, heat insulation can be provided by painting up to 5mm thickness with only liquid coating up to +150ºС.
ISOLLAT-EFFECTIVE is applied in high-grade heat insulation projects between +120ºС / +1200ºС degrees. In this application method, it has been aimed that same performance will be obtained at the reflecting the heat in each layer by separating the layers by using fiberglass.  At the temperatures above +120ºС, optimum heat insulation performance has been ensured by repeating the layers consisting of liquid heat insulation coating and fiberglass in every 50ºС.  Considering the traditional products, thinner insulation with a thickness of 5 k-7 times is applied.
It is a liquid heat insulation application method which is developed for high heat insulation of industrial equipment.
