Combustion Room Insulation

The inferno sections are the first sections exposed to the flame created by the burners and the temperature in these areas is at the highest levels.
The more successful the internal insulation in the inferno section of the equipment, the less energy it gives out. However, the insulation products in the interior wear out over time due to the effect of the flame and begin to lose their properties. In this case, the amount of heat escaping outside increases significantly and poses a serious risk in terms of personnel safety.

In order to reduce energy costs and ensure personnel safety, external insulation is both easier and faster. Insulation is performed without stopping the process using the Isollat-Effective method.

Isollat-Effective thermal insulation coatings offer the opportunity to insulate while the process is running. The Isollat-Effective method, which provides insulation with very thin thicknesses; does not load the equipment, does not create joints, prevents thermal bridges and does not require the use of protective metal sheets on the outermost. It does not flake, crack or cause performance loss for at least 10 years at temperatures of 400° and above.

It is possible to insulate the rotary calcination kiln fireboxes and steam boiler covers in gypsum and cement production facilities quickly and safely with the Isollat-Effective method.
