Reflecting Sunlight with Isollat & Heat Saving Experiment

Reason:

It is a simple test to show the solar rays and heat reflective properties of Isollat liquid ceramic spherical insulation material.

Result:

A single layer (0.5mm) of Isollat has been applied to a certain part of the metal iron piece. In the measurements made with a thermal camera, the non-isolated part's temperature is 45˚C and the isolated part is 17˚C. Considering the reflective feature of Isollat material, temperature difference has been found as 28˚C. This sample application to be applied to the exterior and interior facades of the buildings will preserve the ambient temperature in both summer and winter.

Thanks to the reflectivity of Isollat at the rate of 90%, the heating of the buildings will be prevented and the air conditioners which are used to cool the environment will not need to operate.
