Isollat Effective Liquid Heat Insulation Coating Test
Reason:
It is an experiment so as to show the heat insulation values of the insulation coating in different layers and thicknesses. Test pictures are attached.
Result:
On the equipment with a body temperature of 172 °C, insulation applications which consist of different thicknesses have been conducted in 4 different regions, and thickness has been started from 0.5 mm. As a result;
Non-insulated Body temperature :172 °C
1st layer insulation temperature: 142 °C
2nd layer insulation temperature: 80 °C
3rd layer insulation temperature: 53 °C
4th layer insulation temperature: 33 °C
The body temperature of the equipment, which was 172°C, was reduced to 33 °C after the isolation. Heat saving is achieved by isolating. Together with the different application techniques made with Isollat insulation coatings, surfaces which their body temperature is 700 °C (peak 800 °C) have been reduced to 30-35 °C. Isollat is the first and only liquid ceramic spherical insulation material in the world that can operate at 700 °C (peak 800°C).
