Isollat Insulation Coating Test (Electric Furnace)

Reason:

It is an experiment which has been conducted by using an electric furnace so as to show the temperature insulation values of the Isollat insulation coating. Test pictures are attached.

Result:

As a result of isollat insulation coating as 0.5 mm applied to the half of the electric furnace body, the body temperature where there is no insulation was reduced to 119 °C after the insulation process applied to the equipment with a body temperature of 236 °C. It has been observed that there is temperature difference as 117 °C in the insulation test. Together with the different application techniques made with Isollat insulation coatings, surfaces which their body temperature is 500 °C (peak 650 °C) have been reduced to 30-35 °C. Isollat is the first and only liquid ceramic spherical insulation material in the world that can operate at 500 °C (peak 650 °C).
